We now need a Citizens Charter and Direction and cut half of the foreigners ie UK USA and Australian as well as Indian immigrants out. NZAO for us first, before we become the theme park that I wondered would be our final devolution.
The devolution we need is from the main beehive to smaller hamlets running cheaply and only paid for achieved wanted outcomes; employing mainly older citizens who have had working lives and know what working families need. There can be fun fisticuffs each Friday night about disagreements which will be settled with a minimum of angst, and philosophical discussions aiming to equal Monty Python.
