Merely trying is not good enough. They should be ensuring residents the plan change won’t go ahead until all properties that shouldn’t be included are removed.
We are talking about the property market here, and concerned about its ‘health’ not about people’s concerns whether home owners or not. That is what letting ‘the market decide’ means. The market is a mass amorphous thing conceived in an economics lab and rising from its own sort of birth like one of Frankenstein’s changeling children (brother to David Seemore).

WE have been able to run ferries between our islands for century… decades, but now we are firing into space oh how wonderful, but at the moment I only want to travel north or south. What the hell do the people who actually run our country called still NZ/AO and our? government that collects money from us to buy tickets to stay on this semi-stable land mass – DOING? And I don’t believe that the mishaps are just unfortunate, there is fault here, negligence, slimy twisting and maliciousness in treatment of ordinary people and misplaced trust in grown-up children who put up a good front but it’s just painting n cardboard.

My 10 cents worth. I think that women should beware of this self-advertising person. She may be good but the matter is not quite as the headline says. If women want to be well- rounded people (huh!) then they do have to work at being nice when appropriate, but also letting honesty creep in, not beng sly and with a tendency to be malicious, often under a cloak of being righteous. And always putting their feelings first, kindness being swamped with sentimentality, or derision when another doesn’t come up to some expected norm. That’s my take. Ladies you aren’t as nice in reality, as you consider. And you probably hate being called ladies. Well just suck it and worry about some of the egregious things happening today tio other people.
