I had waited and waited for Chis Rock to come to NZ.
He is one of the most important voices in comedy right now.
So I bought my ticket for $97.
I must admit I haven’t been to Spark Arena for decades and so I rolled up after DJing at Chapel to review the gig for TDB only to find myself waiting in the pouring rain for a full hour only to be told my ticket didn’t match.
In incandescent fury I left without seeing the gig.
I fucking hate Spark Arena with all my might!

Say WTF!? Ticket did not ‘match’. WTF does that mean?
In terms of lessons learnt, was there any reason given why they rejected the ticket? I’m guessing Ticketmaster was the authorized vendor, so why was there a problem. There has been issues with some ticket resellers,Can you get a refund?

There has been issues with some ticket resellers, but I would have thought Ticketmaster was pretty legit. Can you get a refund? Cancel the credit card transaction?You definitely should be able to get some redress. Write to them & get in touch with the Commerce Commission if they give you grief. Good luck.
