  1. There are a few points that come up from this article about porn sites operating in the USA with payments made to women participating about how their identity would be limited to
    certain places and sites.

One is that the two Kiwi men running sites left secondary about 2000. But the article names their school I suppose because it helps underline the Kiwi identity – just two good ol boys from Christchurch. I think it is a unfair for the school to be mixed in with their grotty ways in this Bay of Plenty – NZHerald item that is under the aegis of Open Justice reporting. I feel that it is a sort of news porn itself in its reporting style.

There is plenty still happening in the world involving abuse of women and their
integrity while men in general consider themselves good fellows whatever they do. Using the psychology term called projection, they place their lascivious thoughts about females that often know no bounds, as faults of women.

In fact for many young people it could be regarded as learning what it is all about. Perhaps we can have discussions about the fair way and best morality to use when starting to think about having sex as part of teenage learning. But stop treating it lightly as popcorn while viewing life.

Sex, what made us and why we’re here. Women as well as men should be agitating for all to attend classes and groups with NCEA certificates about personal health and adult self-management. Maybe people could find some hands-on sport or subject apart from sex to be involved in – chess, tiddliewinks, monopoly, even computer games. One real man’s event is taking part in Bludgeon, and learning about handling metals and building your own body armour. It has rules of engagement that are not as loose as those relating to sex!
