Take care of yourself

First of all, it is important to take care of yourself both physically and mentally. Also, even though every day seem like the day before, you should still try to structure your day as best as possible. Staying in bed all day is therefore not the best idea, and you should try to have a schedule and wake up at the same time every even though you might not have a lot of plans.
