You really have to listen to the Woke activists who took over the Pride Parade in their own words to appreciate how disconnected they have become from reality.

These people aren’t activists, they are extremists.

If this is really where the Greens, the Unions, Action Station and woke activists on Twitter are going, it’s going to be one hell of an alienation to try and come back from.

I’m not really sure how gender fluid trans rights exclusion is building anything other than contempt. Listen to how these Woke activists speak and wonder what is actually being achieved here.

You can see why Jacinda has walked away from this.

Well done in editing this rahera k.

  1. One person went on a personal crusade and wrecked the event for everyone…. including straight men like me! I watched it last year with my mum, like I usually do.

  2. I wonder what they will do for their next act? The ‘walk’ on Saturday will be interesting, but I will definitely be watching only from a distance. Like the South Island

  3. These guys are the ugly end of Punk Rock – these trans activists are totally insincere provocateurs – professional trolls – like the punks who used to wear Swastikas for shock effect in the late ’70s.

Given how openly ruthless they are we should take their claims of solidarity with prisoners, many of whom are rapists and domestic abusers, with a grain of salt, because they would damn to hell those who use the wrong pronouns.

I am not suggesting that they be de-platformed but nobody seems to have engaged with them effectively… all commentators respond the way they would have them, by being shocked and angry. In fact, the arguments of this crew could easily be dismantled and mocked, calmly and thoroughly.

  4. Not joining Martyn and his woke delusions on this one. What is so threatening to stand on principle to exclude cops from a gay march? Or have we forgotten the issues here? Is being trans gender the main event?

  5. So another generation of young (queer folk) think the old fogies are out of touch with their generation and are not radical enough

    on inequality of Maori
    on prison reform

Given the corporate and statist approval nature of the parade little wonder they think its a captured event – one working in tandem with the bourgeoise state that still exercises power to suppress (using the authority of the state to surveillance and intimidate dissidents)

And some cannot see past the deliberately offensive style to realise how much they have in common with them. Some because they are now part of the system to affirm changes made and others because they think their own campaign for change is somehow served by being easily triggered by woke people.

    • Sorry, but what’s wrong with assuring gay/queer people that the Police are there for them if they are a victim of a crime?
