  1. Just been banned from the Standard for calling Hillary Clinton “a mad woman”…

what I said : “yes she should not have her finger on the trigger …she is [deleted]”

[Take a couple of days off, chooky. Abuse based on gender and/or supposed health status is not acceptable. See you on Weds. TRP]

so my question put to TRP : ” Is it bad to call someone a “mad man” … ie is it “Abuse based on gender and/or supposed health status” to call a man a “mad man”? …in which case I couldn’t possibly comment”

But sadly I could not say this because I was banned…

More important stuff: Comey under the microscope:

‘Hannity 11/06/16 W Sean Hannity FBI clears Clinton in email review two days before election’

‘Lou Dobbs Tonight 11/ 6/16 James Comey clears Clinton once again after 2ND FBI email investigation’

    • The Standard seems to have a very low tolerance of “free speech” that was why I came to Martyn instead.

The moderator actually threatened me when I posted an article a VERY reliable friend sent to me showing that the Democratic Administration was infiltrated by muslims now inside many top positions including the security admin, and now the connection has been validated with Hillary Clintons own close association with Saudi Arabia, Radical Islam Jihad, as a One World Government Connection – Huma Abedin

They don’t want to know do they?

      • yes I think I remember that…you were ahead of it all…I did not think it was fair how you were treated

…some good people have left the Standard or been banned /expelled, but at least we can come here

  2. Lessons fro New Zealand?

Why has Comey done what he done?…This is interesting:

  3. NOT the mainstream media …RTs take on the US Elections and likely aftermath:

    ‘Bullhorns electioneering!’

    https://www.rt.com/shows/crosstalk/365577-close-us-presidential-elections/

“Finally, it’s almost over! As the US presidential election comes to a close, what conclusions can we draw about American politics? – Whoever wins will be deeply unpopular.

CrossTalking with Mark Sleboda, Dmitry Babich, and Adam Garrie.”

    ‘Keiser Report’

    https://www.rt.com/shows/keiser-report/365407-episode-max-keiser-989/

“In this episode of the Keiser Report, Max and Stacy discuss ‘the politics of rage.’ In the second half, Max interviews author Charles Hugh Smith about America’s ungovernable economy and population.”

    • Indeed, Chooky…

One vital thing that Trump has done is to flag the rise of working class and middle class discontent.

These are people that globalisation has cast aside, benefitting a few; impacting harshly on the many.

In some respects, the Trump Factor is another aspect of the ‘Occupy Wall Street’ movement – something that seems to have eluded right-wing supporters of Trump. (But which I believe the Republican hierarchy deeply understand and fear.)

Unfortunately, when American society is stressed, a considerable portion of voters do not look Left for solutions (eg, Bernie Sanders), but to the Right.

The American Revolution (1765 and 1783) was a Right wing revolution, and Trump is a 21st century manifestation of it (albeit vastly cruder than the US “Founding Fathers”).

The American Establishment have had a big, loud, warning shot fired across their privileged bows.

They ignore the dire consequences of globalisation and neo-liberalism at their peril.

The next demagogue may not be as simple to deride and dismiss as bloated billionaire and caricature, Donald Trump.

      • re “a considerable portion of voters do not look Left for solutions (eg, Bernie Sanders)”…but Bernie would have won against Clinton except for the corruption of the Democrat Party and the stranglehold of the Clintons

I do not see any distinction between the corrupt power elites of the Republicans who support Clinton ( eg Bushes and Goldman Sachs banks and foreign powers eg Saudi and Israel ) and the elites supporting corrupt Clinton and the Democrats.

The issue is no longer Democrats ( nice and Left) and Republicans ( nasty and Right)

The issue is who can best bust the corruption corporate capitalist stranglehold on the USA State and WORSE in world affairs eg the Middle East , Iraq, LIbya , Syria

….this is why i would vote for a maverick like Trump who does not have the support of the corrupt elites… (who support Clinton)

      • re “bloated billionaire and caricature, Donald Trump”…this was also the caricature of Dotcom and probably Tony Benn in the early stages of his political career.

      • Yes you are right Frank

Trump is very much the product of social disconnect rising inside the middle class and the working class even happening here.

I am feeling the effects of economic depression even in my early years of retirement when I see others my age being forced back to work because scarce monetary resources.

I find now I cannot afford top get dental repairs now as the cost has now exploded.

I feel anger at the loss over recent years of my independence since this money crazy Government for the rich has ruled over us so I cant wait to vote them out.
