  1. Chris Trotter’s true colours shine through like a beacon in this video; he is clearly an apologist for the Chinese dictatorship and not even remotely left-wing as he likes to portray himself.

      • Indeed. Started by the Labour dictatorship, who signed the free slave agreement with these foreign butchers to begin with.

        • Thanks for ruining a very rare compliment you have gotten Castro. Whether it be wrong or right, it’s not Labour’s fault that key abused the FTA against us in favour of his Chinese government mates. Labour democratically put the FTA to a parliamentary vote. All, but NZ First, voted in favour of it. John key has sure handed Winston Peters vindication on a platter.

          • The truth, irrespective of whether it is complimented, still remains the truth. Even entertaining the idea of signing a so-called free (yeah, right) trade agreement with the world’s largest dictatorship is outright treason by any party, irrespective of how it was done. Those that signed it can and should and will be held to account for being the traitors that they are. Fin.

            • What I posted is the truth, none of the facts are a lie. Personally, I don’t think anyone or any party is more of a traitor than self serving John key and his National government of sell outs and corruption.

              BTW The entire world trades with China and other countries with dubious practices, wish we as a country could be more principled and picky, but NZ’s export businesses don’t want that, do they?

            • We are small enough to be pretty picky, actually. Toadying up as closely as we have with the largest dictatorship on the block is not necessary… now we are in a mad race to the bottom along with neo-colonialism to boot… this is so idiotic it can only be described as calculated treason (from both Nabour and Lational)

              • There are those who would disagree with you Castro that New Zealand is in a position to be principled and picky. It was meant to increase exports to make this country money, no one knew John key would abuse it to sell us out. Winston Peters and the Greens have been vindicated.
