Air strikes: Heavy aerial bombardment on buildings, homes and many facilities.
Attacks: All over Gaza, there are air strikes, heavy gunfire, tank and artillery shelling, as well as missiles fired from Israeli forces and military occupation, especially in Khan Yunis. The Israeli Navy continues to fire missiles, targeting facilities and buildings along the shoreline of the whole of Gaza.
Victims: 48 people killed in Gaza brings the total number of deaths since 7 October to at least 34,097. With another 79 wounded, that figurehas risen to 76,980.
The ICC can no longer ignore the genocide in Gaza

Failure to launch an investigation into genocide in Gaza and issue arrest warrants can have a devastating impact on the International Criminal Court. Over the past few months, the International Criminal Court (ICC) under the leadership of Prosecutor Karim Khan has come under heavy criticism for not taking any concrete steps to prosecute the crime of genocide in Gaza.
Last month, our organisation, Law for Palestine, made the first in a series of submissions to the ICC, characterising the crime of genocide committed by Israeli leaders against the Palestinian people. The 200-page document, drafted by 30 lawyers and legal researchers from across the world and reviewed by more than 15 experts, makes a compelling case for the genocidal intent as well as for the prosecutorial policy that the court has followed in other cases. If the ICC fails to act once again, it risks undermining its own authority as an institution of international justice and the international legal regime as a whole.

Israeli Army attack – 14 killed – drone air-strike – ambulance assaulted: Tulkarem – 17:40, Israeli Occupation forces, firing live ammunition, continued their raids and invasions of homes in the city as well as the Nour Shams refugee camp, killing 14 residents. One home was damaged in a drone air-strike. The Israeli Army opened fire on an ambulance and detained the Red Crescent Society crew outside the Government Hospital. Ten of those killed are named: Alaa Youssef Abdel Rahim, Jaafar Salim Khaled, Ahmed Hossam Muhammad Shehadeh, Omar Saleh Nayef Abu Al-Rub, Ali Muhammad Ali Abdullah, Rajai Muhammad. Sabaa Abu Sweilem, Mujahid Mustafa Sarhan, Ali Muhammad Abdel Rahim, Mahmoud Faisal Ghannam and Nassim Muhammad Abdullah Musabih.
Israeli Army attack – 10-year-old child wounded: Qalqiliya – 10:10, Israeli forces stormed the village of Hajjah, opening fire on and wounding ten-year-old, Zain Muhammad Jamal.
Israeli Army attack – ambulance driver killed – 2 people wounded: Nablus – 17:25, armed Israeli Occupation settlers, firing live ammunition, invaded al-Sawiya village, killing an ambulance driver, Muhammad Awadallah Musa, and wounding of two other people.
Home invasion by settlers: Ramallah – evening, Israeli Occupation settlers invaded a home in Taybeh, destroying its furniture as well as stealing solar–energy panels and two motor vehicles.
Home invasions: Qalqiliya – 10:10, Israeli Occupation forces raided Azzun and searched an apartment building, a supermarket and a workshop.
Home invasion: Nablus – 01:20–05:55, Israeli forces raided Duma village and searched a home.
