Ummmm, you all get that the Gangs will legally challenge all of this right?
That they will take these arrests and challenge them all the way to the Supreme Court by arguing this law breaches the NZ Bill of Rights.
This entire fiasco is bullshit and a political stunt that will ultimately be defeated in the Courts.
Not before Luxon demands some over the top symbolic gesture that will get out of hand quickly.
This gang patch ban won’t make anyone safer, it won’t have any real impact on the Meth trade and it will ultimately get challenged in Court.
If you want to stop people becoming gang members, there is one secret silver bullet.
