What Will Happen Next In Trump's Illegal Iran War?

You just know that whatever is lurking at the bottom of the Epstein Files must be pretty bad because surprise, surprise, Donald Trump and Israel have launched an illegal war on Iran in an operation that should be called ‘Epic Tantrum’.

It’s not clear why America and Israel needed to launch an illegal war against Iran because the reasons keep changing daily.

First it was an imminent threat of attack which Intelligence officials admitted afterwards didn’t exist.

Then it was missiles which could reach America, which Intelligence officials admitted afterwards don’t exist.

Then it was regime change.

Then it was a cheap do-it-yourself-regime-change with the President begging Iranians to rise up.

Now it’s back to imminent threat claims.

At times they have had multiple justification changes in a day.

What the risen Christ is going on here, because a cynic might suggest that Trump is making it up as he goes along.

This is officially the latest justification – Israel was going to strike Iran anyway, so America decided to hit Iran before Iran hit them, because Israel was going to attack.

That offical justification from Rubio was then quickly denied by Trump who said he chose to attack because he just knew Iran would hit him anyway because Israel was about to hit them which was supposedly better than the first explanation because instead of being dragged into an illegal war, Trump chose to jump into one.

Great.

Look.

I’m no expert in International Law, but I’m pretty sure you can’t legally attack someone just because you think they might hit you after your mate has told you they are hitting them.

There’s no ‘bros-before-foes’ legal defence here and you get the suspicion that Trump”s moving so fast because he wants to hit Cuba next and have everything wrapped up before the soccer world cup opens in time for the mid-terms.

I thought President Bush was pretty stupid, Trump has managed to make him look like a MENSA genius.

Where does that leave us as Iran continues to strategically enlarge this conflict by attacking all the traitor Gulf States who have sucked up to America and are now gittin’ some?

It looks like it’s a matter of how many cheap missiles and low tech launch capacity the Iranians have vs how many expensive interceptor missiles the Americans and Israeli’s have…

The outcome and duration of the war in the Middle East may be decided by a grim calculus based on the size of Iran’s drone and missile stocks v vital air defence munitions held by the US, Israel and Gulf states, analysts and officials say.

Since Saturday, Iran and its proxies have sought to counter the intensive joint US and Israeli offensive with more than 1,000 strikes against targets across almost a dozen countries spread over 1,200 miles. With its antiquated air force unable to compete with those of Israel and the US, Tehran has relied on its arsenal of missiles and drones.

The geographical extent of Iran’s retaliatory attacks have made the conflict the widest in the Middle East since the second world war. Israeli and US aircraft and missiles have struck hundreds of sites across Iran, without losing a plane to hostile fire.

The US and Israel are seeking to destroy as much of Iran’s missile stockpile and infrastructure as possibly, targeting launchers, stores and personnel.

Iran’s stockpile of missiles has been put at 3000 while Israel and America have 1000 interceptors.

Within a week, America and Israel will start to run out of interceptors and Iran will overwhelm them.

As this point gets closer, Trump will become more desperate to make a symbolic gesture of violence, like a sub-nuclear strike, in an attempt to stop Iran.

The problem for Trump is that by killing the Ayatollah, he’s already gone beyond Iran’s red line.

These aren’t corrupt revolutionaries who can be bullied into a deal by kidnapping their Kingpin, these are religious zealots who will never surrender.

Hilariously, that fanaticism goes both ways…
