Surely our job as an independent voice in the pacific is to protect our Pacific Neighbours in ensuring their agency over the interests of Washington and Beijing, especially when that pacific Neighbour is part of our Realm!
America has encroached into our Realm and neither Winston or Judith will criticise this encroachment because both are thralls of the American Military Industrial Complex!
They are both so keen to show America our subservience and acquiescence to whatever new war they want to drag us into, Judith and Winston will invite us themselves!
…what ended up happening after we allowed the fucking Americans to encroach directly into our Realm and declare Niue and the Cooks as Independent states with no relationship with NZ?
Why the Prime Minister of the Cooks took that declaration by the Americans to negotiate a deal with China that we knew nothing about!
We allowed America to redefine the relationship last year and the Cooks PM, Mark Brown, decided to take that redefinition and negotiate a deal with China.
It opens questions about why Mark Brown has signed this secret deal and whether he has been bribed by Chinese interests.
NZ got played by America last year and the result has been China encroaching directly into our Realm!
I would not be surprised if the current offshore Chinese fleet will sail around NZ and dock in the Cooks as a major ‘fuck you’ to NZ.
The fact the mainstream media (other than TVNZs Barbara Dreaver who is a national treasure) aren’t focusing on this political crisis shows how braindead the NZ mainstream media is an in light of the Wikileaks revelation that 25 NZ mainstream media area paid by USAID…
…you wonder how much that commercial relationship pulled editorial attention away from asking America and hard questions.
None of the newsrooms seem to be focusing on this, none of the Politicians seem aware of it, the Fourth Estate has been euthanised and is currently undergoing taxidermy to be placed inside Te Papa.
Watching punters and the mom scramble to explain what is happening after TDB spent a year pointing this out is magical.
