    1. I would be happy to ban tobacco but I don’t see any sense in locking the father up. I don’t think that being the victim of a crime allows you to break the law either although if common sense was a legal term we could probably solve some issues fairly cheaply instead of spending thousands on lawyers.

  1. He’s in jail because of the serious injuries he inflicted on the court staff in the process not because he bashed the scumbag.

    1. Yes this is the problem with revenge or retaliation. Innocent bystanders get hurt, and a violent thug is made to look a hero. But in saying that, it’s completely understandable to feel angry and to want to beat the crap out of someone in these circumstances

    1. Cold blooded murderers should get death penalty, which would have prevented these additional events, not to mention save space on prisons.

  3. Seeing baby hospitals bombed and women and babies used as military target practice are now things, and if you’re not apoplectic with rage at that crass inhumanity and carnage in the name of revenge, one injured plastic cop in court must be way down the bottom of acceptable collateral damage.

    Whatever sentence the guy gets I’m sure he’ll wear it well.
    Crowd fund a fine and reparations and if it’s custodial, ask to be sent where the cunt went to have a proper go.
