We are not allowed to talk about Russell John Tully.
He is the nameless horror outside the rattling windows whistling gaps from underfunded maintenance.
WINZ and MSD are sociopathic organisations staffed with burn outs who grow to despise the vulnerability and weakness of their ‘clients’.
It is an ocean of petty tyrants who enjoy the power sadistically and take great joy in declining requests while lecturing.
Russell John Tully was a fractured man at the end of that tether and he shot up and murdered WINZ Staff in an act of violence that freaked the entire bureaucratic establishment out because the unspoken deal between the neoliberal welfare agencies and the Government of the day that underfund them, is that they are not held to account for the harvest of bitterness their spite produces.
Paula Bennett who was leading the usual attack on beneficiaries must have thanked her stars that this violence didn;t spark a wider movement against WINZ or MSD offices.
Russell John Tully’s violent defiance threatened to overwhelm the barriers put in place to dehumanise and belittle the poor, and that is why he is made invisible while every single WINZ Office is now staffed and manned by burly security guards who intimidate the moment your shadow darkens the door.
John Russel Tully is a toxic legacy that we can never discuss in case he inspires a tsunami of rage from an ocean of homeless beneficiaries who rise up and cast their terrible vengeance against a cruel bureaucracy protected by the Political elite who underfund them.
This morning I came across a homeless person living on the doorstep of the ANZ in a provincial town.

Does that constitute a recommendation for ANZ? I was thinking of changing my bank.
Of course if Kiwibank was a true NZ citizens bank they might have special housing loans for public housing guaranteed by the Council. But I don’t think they do. do they?
This shit makes me real sad as does the death at the weekend of another child ,who no doubt was the innocent victim of another family falling apart We will not investigate what went wrong with that family nor will the man be allowed to bring it up at his trial because all effort must be made to make out he is just another mongrel male .However I would suggest we are seeing the symptom not the cause .
Poverty and deprevation along with manipulation would be the major causes of family violence of which there are 175k acts every year according to bomber .
I will be very supprised if there is not another shooting at an MSD office in the next 12 months as more and more people are treated as sub human .
