Prime Minister Christopher Luxon has wrapped up his Spotify listening for the year with a listening age of 27. The 55-year-old said in a video posted on social media, “My listening age is 27. How good is that?”.
I’m honestly not sure what is more cringeworthy.
That our Prime Minister has the music listening age of your average Taylor Swift Fan or that he’s boasting about having the music listening age of your average Taylor Swift fan.

Wow, a “listening age of 27”, but are we sure it isn’t seven [hey Gordon you picked the same age]. He’s so busy playing the show pony and smiling at cameras that he neglects to put his brain into gear and actually “hear and process” important factors he is continually tripping up on. What comes out of his mouth is nothing short of blather, made up on the ‘spot’. Hopefully his tenure is almost over and he can float off into the sunset and return to his luxurious life-style, albeit with the deserved retributive justice!
