To our astonishment, the Ombudsman did tell MSD that they should release their current list of WINZ Designated Doctors. They use them for second opinions and examinations or assessments of WINZ clients, where they ask for extra reports.

So MSD can withhold such info for years, and got away with it, until recently. This is stuff the MSM never reports on, as they are too busy with taking cheap shots at government ministers and the new PM.
