    Unfortunately these Masters of the Universe are also one of the biggest threats to a functioning democracy since various government agencies are riddled with them. From what I can gather (judging by my own and others’ experiences) lately, the latest buzz is to conduct customer satisfaction surveys. A bit like ISO9000. Document and tick all the boxes and immediately file the paperwork on the shelf in a deep dark dungeon somewhere.
