NZ is deteriorating so much that anything that can be stolen is 80-20 likely to be. Anything that is put up for public enjoyment and pleasure is not safe. Our society doesn’t care to provide the conditions that give everyone an opportunity to make a life, and have a place to live. So that creates a mindset that people don’t care about this society that doesn’t care about them.
