Interesting behaviour by Auckland Council to it’s staff,call centres have been recently combined and moved to Manukau and apparently the move to a less than privileged area attracts a government pay role subsidy .The down side is the existing call centre employees could work from home or accept a redundancy payment.But there’s more ,the new and inexperienced call centre personal are paid more than the long serving employees.
Council as an employer,not trust worthy nor is it fair.
