Until – there is a change of council, a change of CEO. an incident that alarms the peeps etc. It’s not efficient to pay for extras and not use them. Another example of people in charge supposedly, having no agency over what happens on the ground or wherever! Surveillance by The Machine is something that all people in positions of authority and service should worry about.
