    Rich men’s sandbox are we!
We can learn from Sheraton, Cook Islands, Rarotonga.

Well for us there would be a certain type of tourist who likes to say they roughed it while still enjoying all the comforts that money can buy – good water, warm or cool showers, simple island meals but not all fish or shellfish as they bring me out in hives, a reasonable wine cellar, cold refreshing drinks. no cockroaches in the water system, no spiders in the bath, perhaps an introduction to the pet gecko patrolling that floor. Also good mosquito screens everywhere, clean sheets every day, and towels and good air conditioning, and quantities of high uv sunscreen.

So understanding how wealthy people think is useful. And be extremely sorry about any failures, charge high and give obeisance and discounts for the odd mistake and there shouldn’t be many, and you are still up and running.

So form a cabal and buy up some of these half-finished and get them into Kiwi hands not some overseas nabob, and get them cheap. And have good civil engineers who understand you will be uncivil if they try to pull a CTV experience on you and you will go after them.
