      We should look at this and see where the cracks are in the fantasising theories. There is so much money being wasted; we can’t build with possible problems that will mean replacement – buildings are supposed to be inspected every five years or so; in New York it is hard to erect scaffolding on this basis. So the scaffolding is left in place in certain areas all the time or over lengthy periods!
