The Government now faces a hacked and leaked budget which will over shadow the well being element of their political framing.

In this case we see Customs bullying and intimidating someone carrying a copy of the book so that they could warn and tip off Police before the book came out.

Why it has taken this amount of time to recognise the role the state has in these young lives is the real question here.
