  1. Seymour sold his soul to business interesrs a long time ago. His capture by vested interests undermines any credibility he might have had.

    By the way, the amount of plastic rubbish in my neighbourhood is also disturbing. If it’s like this in our streets, imagine how much of it gets in our waterways!!

    If Seymour wants to fine litterbugs, why hasn’t he put forward a Private Members bill to increase fines? Because as Frank pointed out, that’s not where his primary concerns lie.

Fining litter bugs is as bad as fining those selfish parents that continue to smoke in their cars with their kids in them cause the people you are trying to reach and persuade or help are more likely to have no money so what happens then we they are non complaint? do we send them to jail for illegally smoking in their own car and damaging their childrens health.
    I suggest our government has a good think about all the consequences before they rush this policy.
