  1. THere are a few suspects in this government ,just have to look at how much they dont care about the kids of NZ like trying to starve them out of school ,throwing their parents on the work scrap heap to make sure they are living in the worst poverty possable

  2. Very interesting how you put it here, there could very well be more to it than just another pizza gate conspiracy theory, which is how it looked. Who will do this investigation? Why would the state cover it up if there is truth behind it. After all Ron was finally put behind bars.

  3. We certainly shouldn’t make any unwarranted suggestions. I mean Brierley had many associates in politics with the absolute highest moral character- Roger Douglas passed through Brierley’s BIL in the period in which he was busy conspiring to form the ACT Party.

I’m sure we will only hear the best things about these characters after they go to their appointed place in the afterlife and the media is no longer sweeping up for them.

  4. It certainly happened in the UK. When homosexuality was illegal it opened people up to blackmail . It is good those days are behind us.

  5. It’s people like Prince Andrew who get vilified. He couldn’t hide behind screens put up by more anonymous lower orders who could effectively organise. They made him a real scapegoat. He really drew attention away from the other misdeeds carried forward eg the British Post Offices extraordinary rendition from state to private, with malfeasance which needed a cross, garlic and a stake through the heart by those seeking right behaviour who then set themselves to travail through the muck.

  6. Deeply suspicious, meaning absolute bollocks. So was it the National government of day, or a cross party effort? Probably sparked by some delusional Cantab from Christchurch, while going after Peter Ellis.

    1. I mean, the dodgiest party in NZ politics today was founded by veterans of the Lange government, including close associates of Brierley. I’m sure those involved will be as cross party as most parliamentary friendships are.

  7. It could be like the web of lies spun around the Peter Ellis case also? There probably are more people (from all parts of society) with criminal sexul offending not caught yet and maybe some links between them but it seems unlikely that there will be big groups involved because most of society thinks that that sort of offending is abhorrent.
Most of society does not meet the Mt 5:28 standard so it is self righteousness run amok if they just demonize those offenders and ignore what is considered normal immorality. Recognising our need is the first step to salvation so this comment is not intended to condemn anyone, if you don’t believe in God then I’m not going to be offended if you think that I am just another nutter.
