  1. When they vote the way we like we call them “ordinary kiwis”

When they don’t vote the way we like we call them “stupid sleepy hobbits”

  2. ” It’s a stark reminder of how hard the Left actually need to fight this election ”

Its a stark reminder of how the Hobbits around 78% of them in these polls want to maintain the status quo that is failing us under National or Labour led governments.

We are all subservient to corporate and corrupt politicians and the system they protect.

Listening to Luxon or Hipkins ( and I try to ignore them most of the time ) is to have your intelligence insulted time and time again. The same old cliches and bullshit marketing that if we just keep following and implementing free market policies that somehow it will usher in a new dawn and all of the current crisis’s that have occurred because of austerity and protecting the wealth at the top will lead to better outcomes.

At least in the states and the UK they offer an alternative and like the people of New York and the millions in the primaries voted for democratic progressive policies.

This poll does not include many out in our communities that have no confidence in any political party representing corporate unregulated capitalist policies or the leadership that represents that ensures the system remains intact and delivers to the usual suspects.

  3. “Labour and the Greens provided a united front at Waitangi, now they need a shared policy platform to inspire…” Problem is Labour propose a muted CGT and Greens want a Wealth Tax. Labour knows a Wealth Tax will probably not appeal to their voting base. Which party is going to dump their pet tax to present a united front?

      1. No denying this…

“They call it ‘The Rogue Morgan’ for a reason.” and you agree.

Golly gosh, whoopdie dee this is fun.

      2. Despite all the harsh words said against you and I it goes to show we were right and the others were dreaming.
