  1. “…He has used the Undermensch to empower the ubermensch with his brand of wounded masculinity….”

Who the f*** ‘wounded’ masculinity? Who the f***k called the Rust belt casualties of globalised neoliberalism, ‘the deplorables’?

Nothing like the overshoot of ‘elite’ ideas post WW2 fixated on no more ‘strong man’ Hitlers. With its 1960’s ‘organic’ social movements start of the break down of family and thus cohesive community. 65 years of ford foundation/marketplace change to work force, sponsored feminism beating masculinity out of males! To just maybe create excesses to push back against.

Never critiquing social changes the left as ‘useful idiots’, implemented eventually produces backlash from the affected!

    1. That deplorables comment really defined which side of the fence you belonged to. You only have to look at Starmers Labour party. What Left is left?

  2. Hemisphere defence is probably preferable to the 800 US military bases the current ‘world policeman’ needs.

  3. Trump didn’t start the Ukraine war. That ‘honour’ goes to Putin’s paranoia, Biden’s incompetence and lots of long-term meddling in the region by the CIA.

A million dead and counting but hopefully Trump will stop it, because nearly 4 years on and nobody else has been able to.

    1. Trump may well stop it but at what cost Andrew? One thing we know is it won’t cost Trump anything because Trump does not take responsibility and will blame all in sundry as he already has with Ukraine’s leader.
These are very dark days in Americas history.

      1. Who knows!
It’s clear that there are a lot of fragile egos involved. Here I’m not just including Trump himself but Putin, Zelenski and most of the European elite who are only now realizing they’re not major players anymore. So whatever peace is created, it’s obvious not everyone will be happy with the result. I don’t care: I’m more concerned about the poor bastards in the trenches.

  4. Part of being a good businessman is to know when to kill off losing propositions and bad projects, those things that impede your bottom line. You then refocus and commit to what brings success.

Trump and the US deep state and oligarchs are merely ditching Ukraine because it won’t sink Russia. They will now look for another way, probably by trying to drive a wedge between Russia and China. Trump will say “multipolarity” by which he means primus inter pares.
