Russia used an advanced hypersonic missile for the first time in recent strike, Ukraine claims

Ukraine claims it has evidence Russia fired an advanced hypersonic missile – one that experts say is almost impossible to shoot down – for the first time in the almost 2-year-old war.

This is a large escalation.

Ukraine claims to have sunk Russian landing ship off occupied Crimea

Ukraine’s military said it used high-tech naval drones to sink a Russian landing ship in the Black Sea, a report that has not been confirmed by Russian authorities.

…because the next gen Western weaponry Ukrainians have been training on are now finally on the battlefield giving a momentary edge against the Russians.

The game Putin has to play is tight, all he has to do is wait until Trump gets elected in November for Trump to threaten Ukrainian war funding in exchange for an immediate ceasefire and peace deal, Zelensky knows this and will use his new Western weapons to cause an escalation like crossing into Russian held territory in an attempt to make Putin do something even more extreme too generate enough Western horror to pull their attention away from Gaza, unfortunately for Zelensky and fortunately for Putin,  the Israeli’s ethnic cleansing war crime is so extreme in Gaza it make sit easy for Putin to look. moderate in comparison and raises the bar for Zelensky to gain Western attention.

Putin’s need to unleash hypersonic missiles is a mark of desperation and frustration.

Things are only going to get a lot worse.
