Unbelievable – is Mental Health Minister Matt Doocey in charge of his organisation? Why are they causing te mental health sector anxiety and depression over new service contracts more focused on being able to claw back (and punish) for unspent funds than the actual mental health of those seeking help?

Looks like Doocey has had one of those cosmetic tattoos on his face to appear smiling at all times. I could be wrong but I am sure the thought is there.
I am amazed how many comments on these blogs refer to how people look and not what they are doing for their portfolio our country.
