  1. The interesting thing is that the right, anti democracy, totalitarians and dictators, have worked out to appeal to left values, get them hooked via social media and MSM and then gradually start subvert the messaging.

AKA they start off attracted to real left issues, but then bent into weird directions, via sophisticated brain washing, such as political left obsessions for trans at present, while oil companies continue to profit even more, as the planet burns.

I know Greenies from way back, who now think nuclear power could be good and Covid vaccines are bad.

They are being brainwashed through social media and now the schools.

MSM now don’t want to employ real journalists because they are too expensive and trained to create real news, they instead contract it all out, and much of the cheap news is via social media is 4x likely to be incorrect and also for click bait.

    1. There is something tragic about programmed partisanship expressing a wonky team meme about the programming of the other side, and in the process even misrepresenting which beliefs are identifiers of ‘side’.

This is where tribalism leads in 2022 – complete, multi-polar incoherence.

  2. Sate Media have advantages in terms of:
    – Press passes
    – Ownership or air/radio waves
    – Government funding
    – Established news networks/correspondents
    – Ownership of printing presses
    – Studios
    – Large staff numbers

They also have a lot of disadvantages which I can’t be bothered to list.. though, they all fall into the idea of; once you get to the top you become stagnate, set-in-your-ways, myopic, out-of-touch, inauthentic, unable to pivot and subsequently shoveling money into a failed business models/”journalists”.

From TheDailyBlog to ThePlatform, new media will find themselves grow and attracting desperate politicians lol 🙂

State Media just aren’t bringing home the numbers, let alone the demographics.
