    I’m sorry, but I still don’t get this…how is this ‘comprehensive’?, there is a big gap in the rhetoric…the difference between those who end up noticeably homeless*…and those that can afford a $500,000 house…that leaves a big number of people floating around in an increasingly fraught lifetime situation.

    *and everyone renting will end up homeless at some point, its just some have the ability to go home to the folks for a while. But what happens when you have multiple generations of renters without spare rooms and with unfriendly landlords?
