  1. Now that Gareth Morgan is no longer in the picture I could actually seriously consider voting for these guys. I voted Labour last time because I foolishly believed that they were genuinely committed to rectifying the housing crisis, and the PM’s refusal to consider CGT on housing speculation (not just while in coalition with NZF, but as long as she is PM), which is sorely needed to increase housing affordability, comes as a bit of a slap in the face frankly. I’m not optimistic that the MSM will give much airtime to the TOP (given that they are very happy with the status quo), and whatever small airtime they give them will probably be mostly negative, so I really hope that outlets like this and other means of social media can give them and their policies a profile that they deserve. I’d like to know more about the TOP and frankly I cannot think of any reason to vote for any of the other main parties at the moment.

  2. Some good points here. There is a need for new parties as I have been saying all along and this article makes it clear why.
