After 18 months of spiteful politics and hate mongering, he has the fucking audacity to blame everyone else in his latest ‘Freedom Speech’ as if you are all too fucking stupid to spot the outright duplicity ion his statement!
The six years of long trouble has left us more open to blaming someone than usual. The scourge of identity politics has left us even more primed than usual to point the finger.
The post-modern disease has set New Zealanders against each other. The idea that our differences are greater than our similarities is toxic. It’s harder to solve real, practical problems when you’re busy finding reasons to resent your fellow New Zealander.

It’s the idea that, for you to do better, someone else has to do worse.

It’s part of the party’s bid to focus on “problem solving” rather than “finger-pointing” as it looks toward the next election, to “keep the government” and make it “better”.
Leader David Seymour made the announcement at the party’s annual rally on Sunday, in Auckland, where it considered its half-time “report card” of its performance in government.
There was a small pro-Palestine protest outside the rally that were also calling for Toitū Te Tiriti (Honour the Treaty) and opposing the Regulatory Standards Bill.

Seymour outlined the party’s wins through the past year and a half – including in efforts on law and order and reducing co-governance – while signalling to the campaign ahead and the voters he wanted to claim.
A key focus of Seymour’s speech were the voters who he said had been treated as a “scapegoat” by the previous government. He suggested Labour chose landlords as a scapegoat for the issue of high rents.
He said Labour did this because of “politics.”
I gag at how politicians play with our misunderstandings – Key also I think talked about some other pollie who brought up some testy matter, that he was ‘playing politics’. We should know that they add special emolument to their bathwater or hot water tank; iIt helps to harden the skin and soften the brain!
Free speech unless you’re a professor or anyone else for that matter who disagrees with Seymour then your not entitled to speak.

The irony is Seymour can’t count as over 90 % of the country don’t want ACT.
If you had an ounce of intellect David you’d get out of politics as the majority just don’t like you or your policies, simple mather really. Clearly you have no intellect, just the usual guffaw racist statements.
Seymour is one of those cretins who elevates theories based upon greed as the primary driver of human interactions. Unfortunately the rich easily purchase the likes of Seymour to broadcast their malign excuses for why they deserve their privilege.
Strangely enough, people were working together and each side had a little respect for the other, before ACT came on the scene. They have consistently sought to divide us and get their way.
In that way, their bosses will gradually gain control of all the World’s resources for their benefit. Not ours, not for the present owners of those resources. It’s classic divide and rule and they aim for nothing less than that hoary old chestnut – world domination. It sounds all very dramatic and stupid but it’s what they want.
They know what they want. We have to clarify and know what we want too. We have to be absolutely certain that ACT’s success will not be our success. Then we can confidently oppose Seymour and know that we are not being nasty, we are being correct and fighting for everyone.
Seymour is a sniveling little man. When he can’t just get what he wants, he does what narcissists do. He claims he’s the victim.
He is a bully. We don’t have to be bullied. When he claims the UN is espousing ‘an affront to our sovereignty’ speaking on indigenous rights, you realise how out of whack he is. He is the one who is an affront to our sovereignty.
Don’t know if disdain counts for anything with S. Does anyone understand his psych? I think the attention he draws, criticism, might fuel his actions, strengthen him. We are facing some twisted psychs in National, they weren’t always like this. But the keeping up with the Jones drive seems to work with piles of money, and there is never enough to play with. S is a crowing bantam rooster, so how to get better outcomes I don’t know. ACT are opposed to everything they purport to be in favour of. They say they’re in favour of free speech, but want to shut down free speech. They want to provide more freedom and less regulation on the economy, but their policies are only piling more costs onto Kiwis and businesses. They seem to want to do away with race based policies, but they are so anti-Maori they have been trying to enact race based policy and legislation.
They say they want to cut taxes, but I’m paying more in tax and rates, and getting less back in subsidies, than i was under Labour.
Seymour talks a big game, but when in Government his experience is so bare to see. He has no clue what to do other than blame everyone else for the country’s woes rather than looking at his own Government.

Seymour wants to fast track supermarkets .We could build 100 supermarkets and they would remain empty .No company wants to come to a country of 5 million poor people who are getting poorer by the day .The simple answer is to take the wholesale off the duo and allow every dairy and small supermarket to have supply at the same price as the big two .That would create real competition without spending a single dollar .
