The extraordinary ruling by the High Court that has forced the Palmerston North City Council into allowing a Feminist group (Stand Up For Women) to meet and discuss the Births, Deaths, Marriages and Relationships Registration Bill is as brutal as lemon juice on a schism paper cut.

You’ve seen the woke, you’ve seen the glee with which they cancel anyone who disagrees with them – do we really want them gaining the power to criminalize disagreement?

Opening the travel bubble up before we are herd immunity vaccinated doesn’t seem like a bright idea now does it?

Does it terrify anyone else that a state department is now demanding the censorship of art?

…this is ultimately a political failure by  Labour – they didn’t expect to win in 2017 & didn’t expect to win a majority in 2020, so they had no reform agenda for the neoliberal bureaucracy.

Outlaws burying a fallen Comrade are to be tolerated the way militant cyclists crossing the bridge are tolerated the way Maori rights occupations are tolerated the way environmental protest actions are tolerated etc etc etc BECAUSE the use of State force required to suppress those events far outweighs whatever preservation of pearl clutching public order demands.
