From Labour’s perspective, the Māori Party’s desire to sit at the table with National means they are a threat and it’s a tactical position that has seen the Māori Party being accused by many Māori for being sell outs, but this election could end up creating a very different kind of Government.
And the madness that is this Kafkaesque case against Kim Dotcom continues, this time the Court rules that the Police had no cause to have arrested Kim on the charges of Copyright infringement, but have given our legal sovereignty over to the United States by instead finding trumped up fraud charges as the excuse to trigger extradition.

The perfect outcome for the Left and Progressive movements would be Labour+Green+MANA/MP = 51%. That outcome would see a Labour/Green minority Government with supply and confidence from NZ First and MANA/MP. It would allow Andrew Little to Govern from the centre left with real emphasis on the Left.
The middle class educated Identitarian activists and Wellington Twitteratti who went into meltdown after Willie Jackson and Greg O’Connor were selected as Labour Party candidates as part of Andrew Little’s tactical decision to broaden Labour’s appeal to the working class, won’t know what to do after TVNZs Poll last night showing Labour has jumped up 2%.
If this was a serious attempt to look at what has gone wrong in NZ Broadcasting and wasn’t just some lobby group dressed up as the ‘concerns of the People’ trying to fund their own blogs you would have Dr Wayne Hope, Brian Edwards, Mihingarangi Forbes, Dr Peter Thompson, Dr David Robbie, Dr Gavin Ellis and the brilliant Dr Merja Myllylahti involved.
