To be politically relevant, the Greens need to be needed by Labour. To do that they need to take Labour voters.

In the background of watching the middle class green woke attack a pay freeze for their public service mates is the the Historic State Abuse Inquiry.

Personally, I think this race-baiting hypocrisy by National was a doomed strategy.

I’ve been arguing that this Māori separatist stuff just won’t work and the majority of voters said they didn’t think Labour was being separatist and that National was being divisive.
