When you have 23,687 desperate people on the public housing wait list, a billion dollar vanity project for militant middle class cyclists is outrageous.   

If it’s a woke middle class identity politics virtue signal, the Green’s are there, but when it’s actual environmental vandalism, they are no where to be seen.

To date the game has been low targets that the underfunded Health system can manage while quietly pushing the actual vaccination program of the whole population further age further and further down the track.
