  1. The approach of management has to be realistic as air travel will be off the calender for a long while. We do not need a situation like Kiwi rail before the sell off where there was 3 staff for ever job. I had a Japanese friend who worked for a company that did not want to lose face by laying off workers so people turned up for work with nothing to do and he said it was soul destroying.
    The work will be there when the company gets back on their feet in 2 or 3 years and they should get first refusal to those positions
