1. Just look at the idiot and his stupid clow faced grin .Then understand how he gets his jollies .Maybe he should have checked a bit further as there may well be already be a law covering this from KEYS government when they took away the need to get building permits for decks and carports .

   1. Seymour certainly has a very punchable face. I sometimes wonder if he was bullied at school; that might explain his peculiar personality.

      1. Once he started his tell-tale antics combined with being a smarty-pants at school, yes I’m sure he was bullied. Even I would be very tempted. I have a cousin like that and he’s still making a gigantic fool of himself for the sake of getting his own way.
         Seymour would have been in the headmaster’s office every other day complaining about somebody. I think he led a miserable life and is now making sure EVERYONE pays.
         It shows how damaging bullying is. The bullied often become the bullies later on.
         He must have been an objectionable child, his personality being warped, more every year.

      Stating that a 2.5 metre high shed has to be 2.5 metres in from the boundary is bullshit .. . 1metre yes..providing a building structure does not intersect a 45 degree measurement taken from the top of a 2.5 metre measurement directly up from the boundary line.

      A 2.5metre high shed would pass this test easily.

   Me puzzled. How this new thing?
   My shed is on the boundary and my three neighbours sheds are on their boundaries with me and we find it is very useful to pass stuff over the fence when we borrow tools and gear and exchange fruit, vegetables, flowers, seedlings, herbs.

   Also we are all well aware of our good fortune in having houses to live in and gardens to grow vegetables, fruit and flowers in.
   Just imagine if we had a government that put everyone in a decent house with a nice garden. Would it not be wonderful?
   (I seem to remember that we once had a society like that but some lying politicians sold it so they could be board members of banks and corporations).

4. Well, Act likely did not choose the shed colours at random but how many shit for brains will this actually affect?

   Half the population seem to be renters these days, scared to open a window or have a pot plant, let alone build a shed or deck. Many others live in yard less apartments or new developments with fences galore, in the provinces people do what they like anyway!

   So really it is a small subset of confrontational munters that will be interested.
