Since dawn, Israeli gunfire has killed two Palestinians and wounded five more. The total number now killed in Gaza, since 7 October 2023, has risen to at least 71,441 and the total wounded is at least 171,329. The daily average number of men, women and children killed in Gaza is at least 86 and, that of those injured, is more than 206. A UN report states that, as of 14 January 2025, around 70% of those killed in Gaza were women and children.

A family of three was killed while they slept by a collapsing wall. A one-year-old baby died from the cold. Over 30 Palestinians in Gaza have died from a lack of shelter this winter.

Home invasion and plunder by settlers: Hebron – 14:10, Occupation settlers broke into and plundered the home of a man, Jibril Musa Al-Na’amin, in the Qawawis area of Masafer Yatta.

Occupation settler interference and agricultural sabotage: Ramallah – 12:20, a settler, from the Israeli Occupation outpost in Atara, removed a gate as well as the fence,around land planted with olive trees, and grazed a flock of sheep there.
Occupation settler violence and vandalism: Tubas – Israeli settlers invaded the village of Ibziq and assaulted Ahmad Faleh, a reporter for the Ibziq school services, as well as a driver for the Directorate of Education, Anwar Sawafteh. They also smashed the windows of his vehicle.
Occupation settler terrorism and agricultural sabotage: Tubas – 14:40, Occupation settlers invaded the village of Khirbet Yarza and terrorised residents, roaming around and between their homes. The settlers also cut down and uprooted a number of olive trees.
