Since dawn, Israeli air strikes, missile launches and gunfire on homes, as well as medical and other facilities, have resulted in 65 dead and 96 wounded. Civil Defence crews retrieved 2 more bodies from underneath bomb-damaged property, bringing the total number now killed in Gaza, since 7 October 2023, to at least 67,160. The total wounded is now at least 169,679. The daily average number of men, women and children killed in Gaza is at least 92 and, that of those injured, is more than 232. A UN report states that, as of 14 January 2025, around 70% of those killed in Gaza were women and children.
West Bank
Since 24:00 on 7 October 2023, Israeli Occupation forces have been imposing a complete closure on the West Bank, preventing residents and other permit-holders from entering or leaving. The Israeli military also imposes severe and highly–variable travel restrictions on all residents.

Israeli Army attack: Bethlehem – 11:15, armed militant settlers, in the Wadi Sa’ir area, opened fire towards a pedestrian, Rashed Diriya, as he was passing.
