It beggars belief that National are still polling at 31% ….which shows that their is a Trump type rump of voters that still believe, through some form of magical thinking , that somehow they know what they are doing and will pull a rabbit out of the hat.

If Labour hits high 30s even in various polls it is bye bye Baldrick and co. This is a reasonable result since so far out from the election.
Given the way New Zealand is going, Labour should be in the 40s now. If they presented a credible alternative, they would be.
