National – 29%
Greens – 13.5
ACT – 10.5
NZF – 7%
MP – 2.5%
This is the first time in Roy Morgan that the Opposition wins and the first time for years that National have slipped sub 30.
The destruction of the economy caused by the hollowing out of public service budgets to accommodate $14b in cynical tax cuts and $3b for rich landlords has set off a chain reaction destroying the jobs market in a way that cascades economically downstream.
National have done this because Nicola Willis is a wide eyed free market acolyte of the NZ Initiative, where we see steep cuts in services, she sees the State being amputated to allow the market to step in and do the job cheaper.
Add in the total lack of political philosophy and values beyond deregulating for their donors interests and it is no wonder National have crashed
Many Kiwis bitter from Covid blamed Jacinda and Labour and voted in anger without really reading the fine print of what a National, ACT and NZF Government would actually do and the realisation of how extreme this ant-Māori, anti-Treaty, anti-worker, anti-environment, anti-renter, anti-beneficiary, anti-disabled Government truly represents is starting to dawn on them now.
If any of the mainstream media polls picks up a sub 30 result for National, Erica will be put in as a leader in a coup before Christmas.

Bla bla bla .they have no need to put out policy before feb or march next year .They are playing the long game and the noose is getting tighter around Luxons neck .National are now claiming Labour actions as their own now, just in the last week Bishop said he was using Twyfords housing policy because Twyford had done all the donkey work and it was good policy .Then along comes Luxon yesterday with one of his doners claiming a massive 7.5 billion new spend up by Amazon .This was old stuff from 2021 and now has been shut down and is unlikely to ever happen .Amazon appear to be renting space from other companies in the same business .The interesting thing was that spending 7.5 billion could only create 1000 jobs if we were lucky .Like the big build ,I DOUBT THOSE JOBS WOULD EVER MATERIALIZE .

You sound worried Stuart, back on track and get NZ back is taking too long, and our shops are starting to empty out, too many people can’t find jobs, more people on the streets, prison fulling up yet crime still bad. And all this is a sign people are getting desperate. But bottle shops are a plenty and opened for longer hours, guns will be more available, and you can have a vape to relieve your stress. So, there’s plenty of medicine for the weary.
I would be careful releasing policy the gnats will steal it and claim it as their own they have always been lazy and now bereft of ideas, but they seem happy to flog of our country. I don’t trust the RM too much because of its volatility. But it’s reinforcing the recent pattern – basically we have an oscillation back and forth around a left bloc-right bloc stalemate. We’re still waiting for some definitive sign of a shift away from this stalemate where the tide starts to run strongly in one direction or the other.

A Labour + Greens + TPM govt would be a total shitshow and we would be literally drowning in woke Maori wonderfulness but I can totally see why people are over the Nats being fucking useless and just blaming the previous govt.

My criticism of Labour is that they should have put the knee in when they had an outright majority 2020, as they did in 1935…sure its a different world now MANY WOULD SAY…BUT ITS NOT..ITS THE SAME SHIT just a different decade. And if they come with the same temerity they did last time, guess what…we gonna get the same shit we have now..
