As the Palestinians live under Israeli occupation, they have a right to armed resistance against their occupier. This was codified into International law following WWII.
Using your “logic” of who is and isn’t a “terrorist” the French Resistance, the Partisan movement in Eastern Europe and the Jewish uprising in the Warsaw ghetto are terrorists.

As Israel has mandatory conscription and mandatory reserve service with very few exceptions the majority of the Israeli population are valid targets. That’s not the fault of anyone but the Israelis.
So when we look at the numbers killed and taken hostage by Hamas on October the 7th, only a few hundred were innocents. Roughly the number of Palestinians murdered every year by the Israelis for decade after decade.
Why are you comparing the right to resistance with the illegal acts of the Israeli state? It seems that you lack the context and understanding to criticize anyone chief. Best sit this one out.
According to the doctors in Gaza they target shoot different areas of the body on different days. Arms one day, heads another, genitalia another. This is fact. This is hellish and evil.

I have yet to see any evidence of Hamas shooting innocent Jewish children in the head or genitals, all I see is Hamas demanding a full ceasefire for the release of the POW’s and they are prisoners of war. Best Hamas comes out and classified them as enemy combatants. Give them the same “Rights” as Palestinians held without trial or charge. Why is no one talking about the nearly 10,000 held in prisons where there is credible evidence of torture and rape by the “Most moral army”
A harrowing Al Jazeera video detailing the murder of a small boy seeking food attached to a Stuff.co.nz report this morning
The small boy was in a group of others and had just walked 12k to receive a small bag of flour before, before the guns were turned on them.
If this was an account from a German concentration camp no one would object to this being called evidence of genocide.
Yet our media and the government and opposition Labour Party still refuse to use the ‘G’ word.
Their cowardice is explained by the simple fact that being signatories to the genocide convention they are obligated to take action to prevent and punish the crime of genocide, by denying it they can get away with doing nothing.

The cost of hunger: Mother left searching for son’s body in Gaza
Israeli forces opened fire near two aid distribution sites run by the Israeli-backed Gaza Humanitarian Foundation as crowds of hungry Palestinians again sought food, killing at least 10 people, witnesses and health workers said on Saturday (Sunday NZT).
The attached video has photos of the littel boy kissing the GHF contractor’s hand after receiving his small bag of flour.
The contractor who took the photo and who’s hand the boy kissed recounts how the group the boy was in were then gunned down, not unlike some scene from Dachou.
THe GHF doesn’t provide aid, it puts out bait.

“He puts out his hand, and so I beckoned him to come to me. I said, ‘Come here.’ And he reaches out and he holds my hand, and he kisses my hand and he says, ‘Shukran [Thank you],’” Aguilar recounted.
But their meeting was swiftly interrupted as “pepper spray, tear gas, stun grenades and bullets” were shot into the air and at the feet of Amir and the crowd of aid seekers still gathered, Aguilar said.
As the “last group of people, women and children and small children and kids and children and babies” left the site, Aguilar said he could hear machinegun fire from the Israeli army.
“They’re shooting to control the population that’s along the Morag Corridor. And as they’re doing that, they’re shooting into this crowd, … and Palestinians, civilians, human beings, are dropping to the ground, getting shot,”
“And Amir was one of them. Amir walked 12km to get food, got nothing but scraps, thanked us for it and died,” he said.

Palestinian snipers are shooting back now specifically targeting these arseholes. There was video on the news last night of the IDF using machine gun fire for crowd control. I’m not going to engage with this any further. I just don’t understand western leaders
