Since dawn, Israeli air strikes, missilelaunches and gunfire on homes, as well as medical and other facilities, have resulted in another 89 dead and 453 wounded. Civil Defence crews retrieved five more bodies from underneath bomb-damaged property. 279 more people killed were added to the final death toll, with the data completed and approved by the committee responsible for following up on the files of reports and missing persons. This brings the total number now killed in Gaza, since 7 October 2023, to at least 59,587. The total wounded is now at least 143,498. The daily average number of men, women and children killed in Gaza is at least 90 and, that of those injured, is more than 219. A UN report states that, as of 14 January 2025, around 70% of those killed in Gaza were women and children.

Around 320 Palestinians, over half of them children, have been displaced by home demolitions in East Jerusalem so far this year, an average of 49 per month.

In a recent attack in the Jordan Valley, Israeli settlers injured one Palestinian, killing and stealing livestock as well as causing the displacement of two Palestinian families who had already been forcibly displaced twice in the past two years.

About 100,000 Palestinians in 20 villages across the Ramallah governorate had their access to water disrupted by Israeli settler attacks on vital water infrastructure.

Israeli military devastation of Palestinian refugee camps

According to satellite images obtained by UNOSAT on 21 May, Israeli forces have damaged or destroyed 43% of Jenin refugee camp, 35% of the Nur Shams refugee amp and 14% of Tulkarem refugee camp.

The United Nations Satellite Centre (UNOSAT) conducted a satellite imagery-based damage assessment of Jenin, Tulkarem and Nur Shams refugee camps, based on images collected on 17 June 2023, 21 October 2023, 12 March 2025 and 21 May 2025. According to the analysis, all refugee camps showed widespread destruction and the presence of Israeli military vehicles, roadblocks, bulldozers and excavators. In the Jenin camp, the assessment found that 125 structures were destroyed, 101 severely damaged and 322 moderately damaged for a total of 548 structures, or about 43% of all structures. In Nur Shams camp, the assessment found that 89 structures were destroyed, 35 severely damaged and 156 moderately damaged, for a total of 280 structures, or about 35% of all structures. In the Tulkarem camp, the assessment found that 31 structures were destroyed, 21 severely damaged and 105 moderately damaged, for a total of 157 structures, or 14% of all structures.

Israeli Army attacks2 youngsters shot dead – 2 more wounded: Bethlehem – 23:25, Israeli troops opened fire on four minors on Route 60, west of al-Khadr, killing two of them and seizing their bodies. Those killed are 15-year-old Ali Asaad Salah and Mohammed Khaled Alian Issa, aged 17. The two wounded youngsters were eventually admitted to hospital but their names were not available.

    It is just a question of sharing.
    All right you are the chosen people.
    So is everyone else.
    That is the problem with God, Jahweh, Allah. He makes shitloads of promises but he does not follow through.
    I mean Jews are still waiting for their messiah right? Or is his name Natanyahu?
