We need to face the fact that New Zealand Muslims will not necessarily take a stand for their co-religionists in Palestine. That reflects the reality in the middle east where Arab regimes such as the Kingdoms of Jordan and Saudi Arabia, and the military regime in Egypt work hand in glove with the Zionist regime.
The moral failure exposed by the Gaza genocide is universal. It encompasses Jews, Europeans and Arabs, Christians, Muslims and atheists.
