The Editor doesn’t moderate this blog, 3 volunteers do, they are very lenient to provide you a free speech space but if it’s just deranged abuse or putting words in bloggers mouths to have a pointless argument, we don’t bother publishing.
All in all, TDB gives punters a very, very, very wide space to comment in but we won’t bother with out right lies or gleeful malice. We leave that to the Herald comment section.
EDITORS NOTE: – By the way, here’s a list of shit that will get your comment dumped. Sexist abuse, homophobic abuse, racist abuse, anti-muslim abuse, transphobic abuse, Chemtrails, 9/11 truthers, Qanon lunacy, climate deniers, anti-fluoride fanatics, anti-vaxxer lunatics, 5G conspiracy theories, the virus is a bioweapon, some weird Bullshit about the UN taking over the world and ANYONE that links to fucking infowar.

Clowns are generally supposed to be funny, but somehow have a sad face. Children might be confused. Looking at this school lunch thing dished out from a supposed NZ political government, I feel confused and then convulsed, like laughing and crying at the same time. When will this sad performance be over and I can go home and make sure I still have one?

The issue has come up as part of New Zealand First MP Andy Foster’s “anti-woke banking” bill – which would stop banks from withdrawing services from customers for non-commercial reasons, such as a environmental concerns.
He told a select committee hearing this week that one sector he had heard concerns from was the sex industry.
One sex worker, Layla Kelly, separately posted on social media, saying she had been told by her mortgage broker that a bank would not assess her home loan application because of her occupation.
Sort of funny coming from banks, financiers – same business, different branch.
