Stop work on that. We can write it off against that fabulous profit we made on the x apartments last year. NZAO seemed hot but the work couldn’t proceed on time and we missed that subsidy the gummint was offering and the demand curve sank because of Covid. So just wrap it and leave it in cold storage. We will wait till NZ becomes a hot topic again and sell it off as is where is. I think the easy pickings have gone for that place – I’m looking closer to Russia now, provided there is still some insurance available and reliable.
