Announce protest actions, general chit chat or give your opinion on issues we haven’t covered for the day.
The Editor doesn’t moderate this blog, 3 volunteers do, they are very lenient to provide you a free speech space but if it’s just deranged abuse or putting words in bloggers mouths to have a pointless argument, we don’t bother publishing.
All in all, TDB gives punters a very, very, very wide space to comment in but we won’t bother with out right lies or gleeful malice. We leave that to the Herald comment section.
EDITORS NOTE: – By the way, here’s a list of shit that will get your comment dumped. Sexist abuse, homophobic abuse, racist abuse, anti-muslim abuse, transphobic abuse, Chemtrails, 9/11 truthers, Qanon lunacy, climate deniers, anti-fluoride fanatics, anti-vaxxer lunatics, 5G conspiracy theories, the virus is a bioweapon, some weird bullshit about the UN taking over the world and ANYONE that links to fucking infowar.

Seen on RNZ today
The Lord of the Rings – A Musical Tale is on at The Civic, Auckland, until 1 December.
(Can’t find again and can’t find search window.)
Sounds good, if you can afford to fly by Air NZ then you could enjoy the travelling to NZ’s premier area of flatulence.
(Can anyone advise how to get round AirNZ dynamic pricing which is set momentarily I think. Or is that just a tale.)

Luxuries, luxury. In the old days people walked 10 miles to work and back. And if there was water they hewed out a coracle and rowed themselves.

https://www.rnz.co.nz/news/business/533684/job-ad-seeking-voluntary-cleaners-removed-firm-apologises
Advertising for an intern cleaner – someone to do the work, but not get paid. Were there no takers because of the slack habits of lower class kiwis they will now feel justified in investing in tech and use AI somehow. Oh I love this century my dead father killed in WW2 and buried in France didn’t know what he was dying for. Now we know and the PTB are dying to get us back to last century’s conditions so we can live it all over again. Isn’t that funny. Rhetorical!
