This might be what our government and economic advisors are considering, but would wish to be in control, making sure that the maximum monetary advantage expected from each citizen was obtained first before liquidation*, so to speak. Certainly no-one with authority seems to care whether the ordinary person lives or dies, and changes have been introduced enabling ‘non-breathing entities’ to be treated as legal persons in law**.
